VR exposure therapy allows participants to enter situations that they would typically find difficult and learn psychological techniques to overcome difficulties whilst working alongside an experienced counsellor in a safe space. This technique allows for gradual and controlled exposure so your counsellor can tailor the treatment to your individual needs. They will receive real-time responses during the therapy, allowing for instant feedback and quicker results!

With more than 140 virtual environments, our VR exposure therapy can be utilized for children, adolescents and adults experiencing a range of conditions, including:

  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
  • Phobias
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
  • Social Anxiety
  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
  • Stress Management
  • Generalised Anxiety Disorder
  • Panic Disorder
  • Pain Management
  • General difficulties with attention and concentration

Our experienced counsellors use an integrated therapy approach that incorporates other evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Process Oriented Psychology, Art Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Emotional Freedom Techniques.

With no waitlist, a mobile and flexible service, and professional PACFA accredited counsellors, we are ready to help you achieve your goals and live your best life. Watch the video below for a sneak peek of the amazing VR world that our clients can experience.
